Appointments

Thank you for choosing Jon K. Stern, M.D. & Associates for your skin care needs. We see patients for office visits by appointment only. However, please don't hesitate to call us for a same day or next day emergency appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate you. New patients are always welcome.

We request that you call in advance and describe your situation, so we can reserve the best time slot suited for your needs. Additionally, we appreciate your efforts to arrive promptly for appointments, and ask that if you are going to be late to your appointment, please call and let us know. If you cannot keep an appointment, kindly give at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel and reschedule. We value your time, and every effort will be made to respect your scheduled appointment time and keep your wait to a minimum. Due to the nature of our practice, emergencies do happen that require prompt attention. We'll do our best to keep you informed as to delays.

For your convenience, appointment hours are Monday through Friday from 9am - 4pm with extended hours on Wednesdays to 4:30pm. Our office is closed from 12:00 until 1:30pm for lunch Monday through Friday.

You are welcome to schedule, change, or cancel an appointment by telephone, fax or email. Please have your insurance card available when calling for an appointment.

Automated Appointment Confirmation System

Our automated confirmation system will call your home between 6pm and 8pm, one to two days prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please listen to the entire message and respond according to the appropriate prompt.  Our office will make every effort to notify you of your scheduled appointment times but we do ask that our patients write down scheduled appointment times and make every effort to remember them in case of an unforeseen technical problem.

Minors

A parent or adult guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18. State law requires that the parent/guardian give final consent authorizing us to treat a minor.

Jon K. Stern, M.D. & Associates is located at 7500 Beechnut St., Ste 350 Houston, TX 77074. We are located on the 3rd floor of Memorial Hermann Professional Building III (Medical Plaza III). The building is located on Beechnut St. in between Highway 59 and Fondren.  Please click here for a map and get directions to our office.

Parking

For our patients convenience there are two parking lots available at our office.  There is a parking lot located in front of the building that charges $5.00 and a covered parking garage at the rear of the building that charges $6.00.  The Memorial Hermann Parking System accepts cash or check only and no credit cards so please bring an appropriate method of payment.  Parking will not be validated by our office.  If the need arises there is a walk-up ATM machine located at the bank in our front parking lot.
